Fan Jiang

Bio

Fan Jiang (Zhejiang, CHINA, 1998) is a multidisciplinary artist born in China and raised in Zaragoza (Aragon, Spain) since childhood. He began his artistic career during his university education, actively participating in numerous national and international calls, receiving awards, mentions, exhibitions, and residencies. Before completing his academic studies, some of his works were already included in the Artistic Collection of the University of Zaragoza. His works are imbued with the character of his peculiar Western-Eastern Chimera culture. He persistently seeks an art with integral character using inherited expressive resources that can transcend space-time and socio-cultural concepts. His current theme is the Poetics of emotion. He expresses himself through media such as action, sculpture, installation, painting, and video.
